Schedule: Monday–Friday, with availability between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Daily start and finish times and hours vary based on the route, weather, and workload.
Work is based in Christiansburg and the New River Valley. Follow the team’s safety instructions, protect customer properties, communicate clearly, and be ready to learn.

What training can I expect?
Training follows the responsibilities of your role. It includes safety topics, hands-on skill development, and checks before you take on tasks independently. Feedback helps identify the next skill to practice.
Do I have to become a manager to advance?
No. Our framework includes technical development as well as operations leadership. Growth depends on demonstrated ability and the needs of the team, with honest conversations about which opportunities are available.
Is work available year-round?
Property maintenance is seasonal. Workload and schedules vary with weather, customer demand, and the role. Snow and other winter assignments depend on available work, and winter hours are not guaranteed.
Do all roles require driving?
Driving requirements depend on the position. A role that involves operating company vehicles has different qualifications from one without driving responsibilities. Review the requirements in the specific opening.
Where is the work based?
East Coast Lawns is based in Christiansburg, serving homes and small businesses in the New River Valley. Some drainage and landscape lighting projects extend into the Roanoke Valley. Travel expectations are explained for each role.
