Seasonal Leaf Care

Planned visits as the leaves keep falling.

For properties with continuing leaf drop where one late cleanup would leave too much buildup.

  • Planned attention during active leaf season.
  • ECL-managed timing based on leaf drop and conditions.
  • A defined final/detail pass.
  • Leaf handling confirmed for your property.

Residential Seasonal Leaf Care starts at $125 per visit · three visits.

Clear areas. Clear expectations.

Your estimate identifies:

  • The turf, landscape beds, and access areas included.
  • The leaf volume and starting condition considered.
  • Whether leaves will be mulched on site or staged for municipal pickup.
  • An approved leaf-disposition plan, including the staging location and applicable collection window.
  • The cleanup window or seasonal visit plan.
  • Access requirements and any limitations.

Leaf haul-away is not included. Municipal pickup is a separate service controlled by your locality.

Leaf cleanup does not automatically include shrub trimming, perennial cutbacks, gutter cleaning, storm debris, branch removal, mulch installation, or a broader property reset.

The right method depends on the leaves and the property.

Dry, manageable leaf cover can often be finely mulched into the turf. Heavy, wet, or matted buildup may need collection and an approved staging plan instead.

We review the volume, moisture, turf conditions, and municipal options before defining the method. The goal is to manage the leaf cover without leaving a thick mat over the lawn.

Municipal staging needs a plan.

Before quoting work that depends on municipal collection, we verify the property’s eligibility, permission for contractor staging, the collection window, and the approved placement location. Being inside town limits does not guarantee pickup. If collection has ended—including a late-season or January visit—we need an approved alternative before confirming the work.

Choose around the leaf drop—not just the calendar.

One scheduled cleanup may suit a property where most leaves fall within a manageable window. Planned seasonal visits can better suit continuing leaf drop or heavier accumulation.

Leaf work typically takes place from fall into early winter. Tree species, weather, leaf conditions, access, and municipal collection timing affect the schedule.

Leaves can continue falling or blow in after a completed visit. A final/detail pass covers the agreed work at that visit; it does not guarantee a leaf-free property afterward. Ordinary natural accumulation caused by normal weather delays does not create an extra surcharge. Extra-scope work requires review and approval before additional charges.

Good questions. Clear answers.

How much does leaf cleanup cost?

Residential Scheduled Leaf Cleanup starts at $175. Residential Seasonal Leaf Care starts at $125 per visit for three visits; your estimate shows the per-visit price and seasonal total. Prices depend on the agreed areas, leaf volume, condition, access, and handling method. Commercial properties receive a property-specific proposal.

What is the difference between Scheduled Cleanup and Seasonal Leaf Care?

Scheduled Cleanup covers one defined cleanup window. Seasonal Leaf Care includes planned visits to manage continuing leaf fall, with a final/detail pass. Your estimate confirms the seasonal scope and visit plan.

How many visits are included in Seasonal Leaf Care?

Seasonal Leaf Care includes three ECL-timed visits during active leaf season. The third is the final/detail pass. Your estimate confirms the work areas, handling method, and scheduling terms.

Can I request a Final Leaf Touch-Up?

Qualifying customers may request a separately quoted Final Leaf Touch-Up for additional leaf fall after the agreed cleanup. It is optional and is not a fourth included seasonal visit. The office confirms eligibility, scope, approved leaf handling, and price before scheduling.

Do you haul leaves away?

No. These services use mulching into turf when practical or staging for municipal pickup where available and permitted. ECL leaf haul-away is not included.

What if my property does not have municipal leaf pickup?

We review whether the leaves can be managed through on-site mulching. If that is unsuitable and no approved staging option exists, the request requires office review before we confirm service. We do not promise leaf haul-away.

Is leaf mulching suitable for every lawn?

No. Leaf volume, moisture, and turf conditions matter. Manageable leaves can often be finely shredded into the turf, but a thick or matted layer should not be left covering the grass. We confirm the appropriate method for your property.

Should I wait until every leaf has fallen?

That can suit some properties. Others benefit from earlier planned visits to avoid heavy buildup. We help choose the service and timing based on your trees, conditions, and preferred result.

Will the property stay clear after the cleanup?

New leaves can fall or blow in after any visit. One Scheduled Cleanup does not include continuing cleanup throughout the season. Seasonal Leaf Care provides the visits defined in your estimate, not unlimited returns.

Is leaf cleanup included with mowing, and which areas are covered?

Incidental leaf mulching may occur during normal weekly mowing when practical. Substantial seasonal leaf cleanup is separately quoted and authorized; it is not an extra weekly mowing charge. Your estimate confirms the turf, accessible beds, walkways, driveway, and other agreed areas. Work elsewhere is not automatically included.
