Information you share with us

When you request an estimate or contact Customer Care, we receive the contact details, property information, service choices, messages, and attachments you provide. A service-change request may include optional feedback about your experience.

We use those details to review your request, respond, prepare an estimate, coordinate approved work, maintain service records, and address questions or concerns. Request acknowledgments and replies relate to the request you send.

Share only what is needed to explain the property or issue. Do not include card numbers, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or identity documents in general forms, chat, email, or photo uploads.

Photos and attachments

ECL may use before-and-after photos, videos, and other media taken by our team to show project results, provide work references, and share educational or how-to content on our website, social media, and other company materials. Before sharing, we exclude or obscure property addresses, identifying house numbers, vehicles and license plates, identifiable people, and other private details.

Property photos help us understand a request, document conditions, and review service concerns. Avoid including people, license plates, private documents, or neighboring properties when they are not relevant.

Sending a photo with a request does not by itself give permission to use it in advertising. Any separate request to use customer-provided media should explain the intended use.

Careers inquiries

If you contact us about work, we receive the experience, interests, availability, and contact information you choose to share. When an application is offered, it may also include a résumé. These details are used to review potential opportunities and communicate about hiring.

Do not send financial information or government identity documents with an initial inquiry or application.

Website and service providers

Our website and request handling use outside technology providers:

• Squarespace hosts the website and supports its functionality and site analytics. Website access can generate technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and visit information.
• Service Autopilot hosts connected request forms and supports service records and communications. Details and attachments submitted through those forms are received through that system.
• Tawk.to provides the chat widget. If you use chat, your messages and any contact details you enter are processed through that service; it also receives visitor and device information.
• Contentsquare provides optional website experience analytics, including interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, and session recordings when enabled. Its tracking tag loads only after you allow Performance and Analytics in Cookie Preferences.
• Google Fonts supplies website typography. Loading fonts involves requests to Google’s font services.

Provider privacy information: Squarespace, Service Autopilot / Xplor, Tawk.to, and Hotjar / Contentsquare.

Cookies and your choices

Use Accept, Decline, or Manage cookies in the site banner to choose optional cookies. You can change your choice using the persistent Cookie Preferences button. Essential site technology remains available. Chat has its own visitor choice before you continue. Embedded request forms and other providers may use technology needed to deliver their services. Browser settings can also manage or block cookies; some features may work differently when blocked.

You can contact the office by phone or email if you prefer not to use an embedded form or chat. Ask us about communication preferences or information you previously submitted using the contact details below.

Service records and privacy requests

Contact us to ask what information we have, correct inaccurate details, or request deletion. We may need to verify the request and explain any records that need to be retained for service, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.

Melissa and the office coordinate these requests at info@eastcoastlawns.com. We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for all records.
