Know which beds are cared for—and what is included.

Your maintenance estimate identifies:

  • The landscape beds included.
  • Routine hand and mechanical weed removal.
  • Light grooming and loose-debris cleanup.
  • Access requirements and any limitations.
  • Planned visit timing.
  • Cleanup and debris handling for the quoted work.

Fresh mulch, shrub trimming, major overgrowth removal, bed reconstruction, plant installation or removal, and chemical weed treatments are not part of routine bed maintenance.

Chemical weed treatment is not offered through this service.

Maintenance keeps up. A reset catches up.

Routine maintenance is designed for beds that are already manageable. Dense weeds, significant unwanted growth, accumulated debris, or obscured bed boundaries may require a focused cleanup or Property Reset first.

We assess the starting condition before recommending the service. Your reset estimate defines the work needed to establish a maintainable starting point; recurring care then helps manage new growth.

A focused cleanup may be enough when only one service is needed. Property Reset coordinates multiple services to bring the existing landscape into maintainable condition; mulch and shrub work are included only when expressly quoted. Maintenance afterward is optional, separately approved, and subject to readiness and capacity.

Regular attention, realistic expectations.

Weeds can return from seeds, roots, and nearby areas. Scheduled hand and mechanical removal helps manage that growth, but no cleanup keeps every bed permanently weed-free.

The appropriate maintenance interval depends on the bed size, starting condition, weed pressure, and the appearance you want to maintain. Your estimate defines the schedule and work included.

Mulch and maintenance have different jobs. Mulch can help suppress some weed growth and improve bed presentation, but it does not eliminate the need for ongoing care. Fresh mulch is quoted separately.

Good questions. Clear answers.

How much does landscape bed maintenance cost?

Recurring residential bed maintenance starts at $50 per visit for existing mowing clients or $75 per visit for standalone service. Your price depends on the bed areas, condition, access, and agreed tasks. Commercial properties, one-time cleanups, and resets receive property-specific estimates.

Can I request one cleanup instead of recurring service?

Yes. Request One-Time Bed Cleanup / Property Reset. We review the condition and define the work and price before scheduling. A one-time cleanup does not prevent future weed growth.

How often do you maintain the beds?

Our typical recurring bed-care season is April–October, with visits approximately every four weeks. Your estimate confirms the planned schedule. Weather, growth, and site conditions may affect timing.

Is bed maintenance included with mowing?

Bed maintenance is a separately quoted service. Existing mowing clients qualify for the $50 residential starting price, but bed work is not automatically included in a mowing visit.

Do you spray weeds?

No chemical weed control is included in this service. We use hand and mechanical methods to manage routine weeds in the agreed bed areas.

Will the weeds stop coming back?

No. Weeds can return from seeds, roots, and surrounding areas. Recurring maintenance manages new growth; a cleanup does not permanently prevent weeds or guarantee weed-free beds between visits.

What if my beds are badly overgrown?

Send photos with your request if available. We may recommend a separately quoted cleanup or Property Reset before recurring maintenance begins. We confirm what will be removed, what will remain, and the cleanup scope before work starts.

Are mulch and shrub trimming included?

No, unless they are expressly included in your estimate. Annual Mulch Refresh and Seasonal Shrub Care are separate services that can be planned alongside bed maintenance.

What happens to weeds and debris removed during the work?

Your estimate confirms cleanup and debris handling for the quoted work. Existing debris piles, large amounts of material, and disposal beyond the agreed scope require separate review.
