Bring your property back under control.
Choose the lawn, shrubs, beds, or other agreed areas that need a one-time reset. Your project may include overgrown lawn recovery, shrub trimming or approved removal, bed cleanup, and mulch refresh. We define the work, price, and cleanup before you approve it.

Several needs. One coordinated plan.
A Property Reset addresses heavier starting conditions through a one-time, property-specific project. Choose one area or combine several, including overgrown lawns, shrubs, beds, and mulch.
We assess the starting condition and recommend the appropriate work and sequence. Only the accepted scope is included. Recurring Property Maintenance remains a separate selection and estimate.
One coordinated reset project.

General company feedback
What working with ECL is like.
“Greg and his team are great! They are quick, efficient and attentive to detail.”
The right services for the condition of your landscape.
Depending on the property and accepted estimate, a reset may coordinate:
- Landscape bed cleanup and manual or mechanical unwanted-growth removal.
- Shrub trimming or selective reduction suited to the plants.
- Restoration of agreed existing bed boundaries or separately quoted edge work.
- Cleanup of accumulated material within the approved scope.
- Mulch refresh after the required preparation.
- Overgrown lawn recovery where approved, under the existing long-grass mowing policy.
- Selected shrub removal where approved; the estimate defines the plants, removal method, debris handling, and any included root or stump work.
These are possible components, not automatic inclusions. Your estimate identifies the work in each area, what will remain, and how generated material will be handled.
A defined project, in the right sequence.
Define the result.
We review the problem areas and agree on what stays, what is removed, and the outcome for each part of the landscape.
Coordinate the work.
Cleanup, shrub care, edge work, and mulch are ordered around the scope, plant needs, access, and conditions.
Review the completed scope.
After the agreed work, we review the completed areas and identify any remaining work outside the accepted scope.
Some results need more than one service window.
Not every shrub can be reduced heavily or trimmed at any time of year. Plant type, condition, and flowering habits may require selective work or a staged approach.
We explain the expected immediate appearance and any remaining work before approval. A reset does not guarantee plant recovery, permanently weed-free beds, or a complete landscape redesign.
Good questions. Clear answers.
What is a Property Reset?
A Property Reset is a one-time project for agreed lawn and landscape areas needing more than routine upkeep. It may include overgrown lawn recovery, shrub work, bed cleanup, mulch refresh, or approved shrub removal. Only the work listed in your accepted estimate is included.
How is a reset different from routine maintenance?
Maintenance manages routine growth in areas already under control. A reset addresses the heavier starting condition and the combination of work needed before routine maintenance is practical.
What if I only need one service?
You can request an individual service such as shrub trimming, bed cleanup, or mulch refresh. We review the starting condition and recommend an individual service or coordinated reset as appropriate.
Does every reset include shrubs, mulch, and bed cleanup?
No. Only the services listed in your accepted estimate are included. We recommend the combination needed for your property and clearly identify materials and separately scoped work.
Will you remove all my plants?
No. We confirm what stays and what is removed before work begins. The goal is an agreed result for your existing landscape, not automatic removal of every plant.
Can everything be finished in one visit?
That depends on the scope, access, conditions, and plant needs. Some projects can be completed in one work window; others require multiple visits or seasonal timing. Your estimate explains the planned approach.
How much does a Property Reset cost?
Reset projects receive property-specific estimates based on the work areas, starting condition, included services, access, materials, and debris handling. We define the scope and price before you approve the work.
Is this a recurring maintenance plan?
No. Property Reset is one-time work. Property Maintenance is a separate selection and estimate; completing a reset does not enroll you in recurring care.
Will the reset prevent weeds and overgrowth from returning?
No. Weeds and seasonal growth can return. A reset establishes a manageable starting point; appropriately scheduled maintenance helps manage new growth. It is not a permanent weed-prevention or plant-recovery guarantee.
