Professional winter service begins before the storm.

Before acceptance, we define service areas, access, obstacles, snow-placement locations, treatment responsibilities, and communication expectations.

Cleared does not mean conditions stop changing.

Snowfall, freezing rain, drifting, runoff, and refreezing can change surfaces after a visit. Your agreement defines authorized follow-up work and responsibilities. Snow clearing and deicing do not guarantee continuously bare or ice-free surfaces.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Choosing and enrolling

Do you offer residential and commercial service?

Yes. We review homes and suitable small commercial properties. Their service scope and billing terms differ, so your estimate is prepared for the property type.

When does snow clearing start?

Your accepted agreement defines the snow trigger, authorized ice-only treatment, priorities, and response expectations. We confirm these before enrollment.

Does Standard include every sidewalk and entrance?

No. Standard includes the quoted primary pedestrian route and entrance. Additional routes or access points must be expressly included.

Can I request service after a storm starts?

You can submit a request, but acceptance depends on the property, conditions, and available capacity. A request does not reserve capacity or dispatch a crew.

Do I need to enroll again each winter?

Yes. Service requires an accepted current-season agreement and confirmed capacity. Previous service does not automatically reserve a place.

How is residential snow service billed?

Residential service follows the continuous Snow Event definition in your agreement. The accepted estimate defines snow-band pricing, applicable clearing charges, and treatment terms.

What happens during a long storm or when ice returns?

Your agreement defines authorized interim work, final cleanup, and follow-up treatment. Additional work may be billable. Continuing weather and refreezing can change conditions after service.

Can you guarantee ice-free surfaces or clearing before a certain time?
