Our recurring mowing service is weekly during active growth. We do not offer customer-selected recurring every-other-week or monthly schedules. ECL may adjust intervals during sustained slow growth or unsuitable conditions. Those adjustments are managed by ECL.

Yes. Request a one-time mowing or lawn reset estimate. We review your property’s condition, access, scope, and availability before confirming the price and scheduling.

We mow the agreed accessible turf, string trim around accessible obstacles and edges, and blow grass clippings from hard surfaces within the service area. Your estimate defines the scope and any exceptions. Additional landscape work is separate unless included in your estimate.

Recurring residential mowing starts at $55 per completed visit. Your price depends on the property’s size, terrain, condition, access, and service area. One-time mowing, lawn resets, and commercial properties receive property-specific estimates. If ECL adjusts recurring service to a slow-growth interval, each completed visit is billed at 1.30 times your accepted normal weekly mowing price.

Grass 6–12 inches tall carries an additional fee equal to 50% of your normal mowing price. For example, a normal $60 mow plus a $30 long-grass fee totals $90. Grass over 12 inches requires a custom reset quote approved before work begins. Long-grass charges do not apply when ECL or weather caused the delay.

Weekly mowing remains our standard during active growth. During sustained slow growth—typically in July and August—ECL may adjust your property’s service interval based on actual lawn conditions. This is an ECL-managed adjustment, not a customer-selected biweekly plan.

We notify you before an adjusted interval and its pricing take effect. Each completed visit during an approved slow-growth interval is billed at 1.30 times your accepted normal weekly mowing price. Weekly service resumes when growth warrants it.

Each property receives two complimentary qualifying advance-requested skips per season. Request by 5 p.m. on the prior business day; Monday visits require notice by Friday at 5 p.m. Third and later qualifying customer-requested skips are charged at 30% of your accepted normal weekly mowing price. Skipped visits are not rescheduled. Late requests and access issues follow your accepted service terms.
